Dubai’s real estate sector continues to demonstrate strong stability as leading developer Emaar Properties confirmed that all of its communities, malls, hotels, and development projects across the emirate are operating normally.

The developer reassured residents, investors, and visitors that its operations remain uninterrupted. Residential communities, retail destinations, hospitality assets, and ongoing construction projects are functioning as usual, reflecting the resilience of Dubai’s property market and the city’s well-established infrastructure.

This confirmation reinforces Dubai’s reputation as a reliable global investment destination. Strong regulations, investor-friendly policies, and a diversified economy continue to support long-term growth and attract buyers from around the world.

Recent sales figures further highlight the strength of the market. During the first two months of 2026, Emaar reported property sales of approximately AED 17.2 billion. In comparison, sales during the same period in 2025 were around AED 7.9 billion, representing a significant year-on-year increase and continued investor confidence in Dubai real estate.

The developer also recorded exceptional performance in 2025, with property sales reaching AED 80.4 billion. Annual revenue stood at AED 49.6 billion, supported by strong demand for residential communities, retail destinations, and hospitality developments.

Emaar currently maintains a strong revenue backlog exceeding AED 150 billion, providing clear visibility for future project deliveries and long-term growth. The company continues to develop large-scale residential communities and lifestyle destinations that contribute to Dubai’s expanding skyline and global appeal.

With strong economic fundamentals, world-class infrastructure, and continued demand from international investors, Dubai’s property market remains one of the most stable and attractive real estate investment destinations globally.
