Deyaar Records 27% Profit Growth to AED 541.5 Million as Dubai Property Handovers Exceed 2,100 Units

Deyaar Development has reported strong financial growth during the first nine months of 2026, with profit before tax increasing by 27% to AED 541.5 million. The Dubai-based real estate developer achieved this growth through continued property handovers, improved profit margins and effective project execution, highlighting the company’s ongoing progress in Dubai’s competitive property market.

The company’s profit before tax increased from AED 425.7 million during the same period in 2025 to AED 541.5 million in 2026. Meanwhile, total revenue rose by 5% to approximately AED 1.52 billion, compared with AED 1.45 billion a year earlier. Profitability improved at a faster pace than revenue, allowing Deyaar’s profit-before-tax margin to increase to 35.6%, up from 29.4% in the previous year.

Deyaar also delivered impressive results in the third quarter of 2026. Profit before tax reached AED 205.4 million, representing a 29% increase compared with AED 159.1 million recorded in the third quarter of 2025. These results reflect the company’s focus on managing costs, improving operational efficiency and maintaining steady progress across its development portfolio.

One of the key factors supporting Deyaar’s performance has been its continued delivery of residential properties. Since the beginning of 2026, the developer has handed over more than 2,100 residential units across its communities in Dubai. These completed homes represent an important milestone for the company, helping it fulfil commitments to buyers and convert its development pipeline into delivered properties.

Timely handovers are particularly important in Dubai’s real estate sector, where buyers and investors closely monitor construction progress and project completion. By maintaining its delivery schedule, Deyaar aims to strengthen customer confidence, support future revenue visibility and create sustainable value for its stakeholders.

The company continues to align its long-term growth strategy with Dubai’s wider economic and urban development objectives, including the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. These initiatives provide a broader framework for the emirate’s economic development, infrastructure expansion and urban growth, supporting the long-term outlook for its property market.

Looking ahead, Deyaar plans to maintain its focus on profitability, construction progress and the timely delivery of residential developments as it enters the final quarter of 2026. The company expects its more advanced projects to contribute further to its performance as construction and handovers continue.

Overall, Deyaar’s latest financial results demonstrate the importance of efficient project execution and consistent property delivery in Dubai’s real estate industry. With profit before tax rising by 27% and more than 2,100 homes handed over during 2026, the developer is working to strengthen its market position while maintaining financial discipline and building long-term value for buyers, investors and shareholders.
