The real estate market in Sharjah continued its strong momentum in April 2026, recording property transactions worth Dh3.5 billion. The impressive performance reflects growing investor confidence and the emirate’s stable property environment despite regional economic uncertainties.

According to data released by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, a total of 15,669 transactions were completed during the month across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
